Billing

All rides are billed to the customer's credit card or corporate account numbers. RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION accepts the following cards: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa.
The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer's billing statement when applicable: tolls, airport fees, and parking.
All published rates are subject to change without notice.
All rates are calculated in the local currency and billed in U.S. dollars at the prevailing exchange rate.
In the event that you become delinquent or default in the payment of any amounts due and owing RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION over 14 days, RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION will place your account on credit hold and charge your credit card on file for the balance of your account including and finance charges.
RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION also has the right to initiate collection proceedings on delinquent accounts and any attorneys’ fees, collection, and court costs. RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION reserves the right to convert the account to a credit card only status.
Due to the recent increase in fuel prices RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION is temporarily adding a 5% Service Transportation Charge (STC – Fuel surcharge) to all Cruise Transfers (Point to Point Transportation).

Sedan Rates

RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION has standardized point-to-point rates that provide flat rate pricing for travel to and from most major cities and airports.
Sedan rates for travel between locations in which a point-to-point rate does not exist will be billed at RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION hourly rate. Customers are billed from the time the vehicle leaves the RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION facility until the time it returns to the RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION facility, with 5 hours minimum.
Fractions of an hour are rounded to the next thirty minute interval.

Wait Time / Stop Time

Thirty minutes of free waiting time given on all Domestic flights from the official posted arrival time. One hour of free waiting time given on all International flights from the official posted arrival time. Additional waiting time will be calculated in increments 15 minutes at the vehicle’s hourly rate. Tolls and parking are additional.
For all other reservations, 5 minutes of free wait time is given. Any additional wait time will be charged in 15 minute increments based on the hourly rate for that particular vehicle.
RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 5 minutes.
RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 5 minutes.
Passenger requested stops on route (non detour) during a point-to-point reservation will be charged $20.00 per stop for maximum of 5 minutes, and changes will revert to RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION’s hourly rate after 5 minutes.
Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations, charges will revert to RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION’s hourly rate.

Cancellation and No Show Fees

Cancellation of sedans within 24 hours of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee.
A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus applicable wait time fee plus the 20% service fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
If a customer cannot locate the driver, please call (832) 347-7273 to avoid being charged for a “No Show” fee.
Cancellation of motor coaches with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.
Cancellation of vans/minibuses with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.
Cancellation of limousines with less than 72 hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.

City-To-City Fares

Roundtrips include up to four hours of wait time and must be completed within the same calendar day.
Wait time over four hours will be charged at the prevailing RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION

Limitations of Damages

In no event shall RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries be liable to any entity for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or other damages ( including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, lost of information or program or other data on your information handling system) that are related to the use of, or the inability to use ,the content material, and functions of www.RIVEROAKSLIMO.com or any linked website, even if RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes

RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in this Agreement will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Agreement are posted will be considered acceptance of those changes. RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION Site, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time. RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Site without notice or liability. RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION may terminate the authorization, rights and license given above and, upon such termination, you shall immediately destroy all Materials.

City-To-City Fares

The materials in this website may contain inaccuracies and typographical errors. RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the materials or the reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed or distributed through the site. You acknowledge that any reliance on any such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at your sole risk. RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the site, the materials and the products, programs, services, or prices ( if any) described in the site at any time without notice. This site, information and materials on the site, and the software made available on the site, are provided “as is” without any representation or warranty, express or implied, of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness for any particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow for the exclusions of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Miscellaneous

RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicle.
Due to the structural engineering of the vehicles, if any breakdown or mechanical trouble should occur, the customer is subject to down time only, and cannot recoup or file suit for any further retribution.
Although RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION will attempt to allocate a reasonable time to a lot for traffic, it is not responsible for delays due to said traffic, nor is it liable for delays caused by accidents, or any of nature that prevents prompt arrival.
RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION will, however, provide compensation for said delays in form of additional time, not to exceed time lost by the delay and/or traffic, at the end of the charter. Reservations require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit that will be taken at the time that the reservation is made and both parties, customer and RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION, enter into contract.
In compliance with CPUC Regulation Section 55841.1(a), consumption of alcohol by passengers less than 21 years of age is prohibited. Vehicle and color request are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION Limo does not warrant that this site will operate without interruption, nor that the materials contained herein are free from defect, nor that any interruptions or defects will be promptly corrected, nor that this site is free of viruses or other harmful components.
RIVER OAKS LIMO & TRANSPORTATION website may contain links to sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. Any references to or use of such links are for informational purposes only, and are included as a convenience to the user.
